RIP-OFF arcade game
RIP-OFF is a browser remake of the 1980 Cinematronics vector arcade game. Alien ships invade to steal your eight fuel canisters and haul them off-screen — hunt them down and defend the cargo. The game ends when every canister is gone, or all your lives are lost. Each wave brings one more raider; clear a wave to earn points and five mines.
The whole game is a single self-contained HTML file — canvas rendering, vector graphics and the game loop, with no libraries.
Controls: Arrows or WASD to move and rotate, Space to fire, X to drop a mine, P to pause, M to mute, R to restart.
